Your Life Insurance Should Be an Asset, not a Burden

Click the Inquire tab and submit the VivantPay Inquiry Form. One of our representatives will contact you immediately to confirm your information.

2. Confirm Policy Information 

We will need to either get on a three-way phone call with your insurance carrier to confirm your policy information or you can fill out, sign, and send us our Illustration Request form. Once we have your policy information, we can determine for certain what you qualify for. 

3. Review and Sign

Review the loan offer and agreement. If you want to move forward, we will then have you sign the loan agreement and collateral assignment paperwork. Once this is completed and filed, funds will be disbursed.
